It’s time once again for the annual list of Minnesota Easter Egg Hunts 2019 and events! We’ve tried to include as many as we can but please leave a comment or email us at [email protected] live.com if you know of any we missed that you feel we should include.

For each of the hunts below, click on the city name for further information and find out details, some require advance registration. We have tried to include as many FREE hunts in Minnesota on the list that we could find, but found some that have an admission and we noted that (those are marked by an asterisk).  The list is alphabetized by the town name so be sure to check the date and times.

FREE Minnesota Easter Egg Hunts 2019

April 20th – Andover (Prairie Knoll Park) 1-2:30pm
Come and enjoy the Modern Home Team’s first annual Easter Egg Hunt.

April 13th- Anoka- George Green Park 10am-11:30am
Egg hunt, games and crafts. Hunt eggs outside then come inside and play games and have a snack. Basket Raffle $1 a ticket otherwise this event is free

April 20th – Anoka (Restoration Church) 10am
Indoor event that includes breakfast, egg hunt, tons of candy, music, door prizes, and MORE!

*April 16th – Apple Valley (Redwood Community Center) 7:30-9:30pm
Meet for some Easter crafts and coloring contest, followed by an Egg Hunt with a bit of a challenge when the sun sets. Bring your flashlight and a basket, the eggs will be hidden in the DARK! Join in for this unique egg hunt by moonlight and win some fun prizes too! Parents can stay to assist their child, as needed. **$12/child.

April 13th – Big Lake (Lakeside Park) 9am
Search for eggs, photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny, and more. Arrive prior to 10:30am as the whistle is blown at 11am sharp. All children get a wristband before the hunt begins for a chance at getting a prize. For children between the ages of 0-10 (egg hunt will be divided into age groups).

April 13th – Blaine (Lakeside Commons Park) 10am-12pm
Free Family Fun! Three age groups, free drawings for bicycles for each age group! Food trucks, face painting, and more! They encourage you to bring a non-perishable food item for CEAP. Registration for the event starts at 9:40. Come early because parking fills us fast.

April 20th and 21st– Blaine (Renovation Church) –  Seven times to choose from
Largest Egg Hunt in Blaine!  Organized by Renovation, there are free enormous egg hunts after each of our FIVE services.  There will be 40,000 eggs filled with candy, bouncy balls, stickers, and prizes from donors like Chick-fil-A, Culver’s, and Target!  We have three different age zones (0-3, 4-6, 7-11). ** Children will need to attend the adult service or the kids programming (highly recommended) during the service in order to get a wristband to participate in the enormous egg hunt after the service.

April 20th- Bloomington 10am activities 11am Egg Hunt
Enjoy music,  information booths, prize drawings and other family fun activities sponsored by the City of Bloomington from 10-11. Then at 11am kids ages 8 and under are invited to come and hunt for 9,000 eggs scattered around the Normandale Lake Bandshell. The egg hunt is sponsored by the Bloomington Optimists Club.

April 20th – Bloomington (Bloomington Covenant Church) 12:30pm
Bring your friends and your own basket, hunt begins at 1pm. Search for over 5,000 candy-filled eggs. Then enjoy face painting, art, a candy walk, and a bounce house.

April 13th – Bloomington (Holy Emmanuel Lutheran Church) 10:30am-12pm
Our BIGGEST Easter Egg Hunt yet for children of all ages, plus some spring crafts, Easter egg dyeing, and a petting zoo! A hot dog lunch will be available to purchase.

April 5th – Bloomington (Mount Hope Lutheran Church) 5:30-7pm
Our Family Connections night for April is an Easter style night with a glow-in-the-dark egg hunt, carnival games and prizes, and supper.

*April 20th – Bloomington (Richardson Nature Center) 9:30am-12:30pm
Hunt for colorful wooden eggs and fact-filled rabbits on a non-competitive hike through the forest. Collect a treat and take a photo with a giant, friendly rabbit. Meet live animals up-close and learn about birds, nests, eggs, and rabbits. Create a craft, play a game, and enjoy a snack. Reservations recommended. **$5/person in advance, $6/person day-of (space permitting), children under 2 free.

*April 6th – Burnsville (Burnsville City Hall) 9-11am
For kids ages 8 and under. This event includes continental breakfast, an egg hunt (children will be divided into age groups), face painting, arts & crafts, games and an opportunity to meet and take photos with the Easter Bunny. **$5/child, 2 and under free. Registration deadline is Monday, April 1. Register early as space is limited.

April 13th- BurnsvilleGood Shepherd Lutheran Church & School  2-5pm
Hunt is for ages 10 and under, held outdoors. Divided by ages and times. Additional activities for the entire family include hands- on experiential Easter story center, Bounce house & games, Art Center with face art and activities, Craft Center with a craft activity child/family photo with Bunny. A concession stand is available.

April 20th – Byron (Leashes & Leads) 3-4:30pm
For children 8 years old and younger. Your child will hunt for eggs full of fun treats and prizes. Register your child/children to win raffle prizes. Online pre-registration will automatically qualify you for an extra chance to win the grand prize.

April 19th – Champlin (Andrews Park) 11am and 11:45am
Grab your basket and join the Easter Bunny at Andrews Park to gather some eggs! The Easter Bunny will have over 15,000 eggs outside at Andrews Park for children to “hunt” up. Eggs will contain candy and a few eggs will contain special tickets redeemable for a small Easter surprise. Kids 4 and under hunt at 11am, kids 5-9 hunt at 11:45am.

April 20th – Chanhassen at 9am
The 36th annual Easter Egg Candy Hunt at City Center Park features prize giveaways, a coloring contest, the candy hunt, and an appearance from the Easter Bunny!  Children ages 12 and under. Each participant will also be eligible for the door prize drawings (must be present to win). Event will be held rain or shine at City Center Park, just north of Chanhassen City Hall. **Advanced Registration

April 13th – Coon Rapids (Faith Lutheran Church) 10:30am-12pm
Bounce houses, crafts, stories, and egg-cellent fun! Bring your own basket and a friend! Rain or shine!

April 20th – Corcoran (Corcoran Community Park) 10-11am
The Easter Bunny will be hoppin’ around for pictures and cheering the hunters on! Divisions broken out into specific age groups (0-2; 3-5; 6-10), treats for all, and golden prize eggs hidden throughout the playing fields for a chance at special prizes. Starts promptly at 10am.

April 13th – Cottage Grove (Crossroads Church) 10am-12pm
Free and open to the community! Doors open at 10 a.m. and the egg hunt will begin at 10:30 a.m. They will have a petting zoo and crafts as well.

Free Public Easter Egg Hunts in Minnesota

April 20th – Cottage Grove (Renewal by Andersen) 1-5pm
During the event, we will honor the Cottage Grove Community K9 Officer by hosting a police dog demonstration, fire truck and squad car for kids to explore! While you’re here, check out the other exciting vendors and activities including an egg hunt, face painting and balloon animals, animal friends from SeaQuest, Roberts BBQ and Grill food truck, cotton candy and popcorn treats.

*April 13th – Cottage Grove (Woodridge Park) 10am and 11am
Admission includes 10 eggs, redeemable for a prize, pictures with the Bunny (bring your own camera), and cookies and juice. **$5/child, limited to 100 kids per time period.

*April 18th and 19th – Dayton (Eastman Nature Center) 10am-2pm
Play games, see live bunnies, and get eggciting treats. Bring hard-boiled eggs to dye naturally. Search for eggs, go on a scavenger hunt, and meet a giant rabbit. Get your face painted with a bunny nose and whiskers. Last admission at 1pm. All activities are ongoing. **$5/person in advance, $6/person day-of, children under 2 free.

*April 20th-Duluth (Lake Superior Zoo) 10am-2pm
Hop on down to the zoo and enjoy hunting for eggs, playing games, special animal enrichments, treats, prizes and the Easter Bunny himself! Baskets of fun for kids of all ages! Participate in our annual coloring contest and have a chance to win zoo-inspired prizes and even a zoo membership. Coloring contest sheets can be downloaded here.  **kids 2 and under free, check website for advance tickets prices as well as at the door prices. Members are free.

April 6th – Edina (Cross View Lutheran Church) 10am-12pm
Cross View’s annual EasterFest celebration gives families a chance to spend the morning celebrating the Easter story! Everyone is invited! EasterFest includes an Easter egg hunt, petting zoo, Biblical characters telling the Easter story, crafts, refreshments, and a free gift for all who stop by the registration table. They will be collecting donations of non-perishable food items for The Sheridan Story.

*April 13th-Elko 10am
Ol’ fashioned Egg Hunt right at Eagle View Elementary in Elko New Market! Epic fun for ELEMENTARY kids around the school. Awesome fun for PRESCHOOLERS on the playground. All kids will receive and Egg Hunt gift bag filled with candy. **Admission/ Children up to 5th grade.  Pre-registration suggested and a discount for doing so.

April 20th – Excelsior (Excelsior Commons Park) 10-11:30am
Easter egg hunt in four different groups for children ages 0-11, prize drawings, and more.

April 13th – Farmington (Dakota City Heritage Village) 10am-12pm
Over 10,000 eggs will be hidden at Dakota City Heritage Village for three age groups: 0-4 ages, 5-7 ages and 8-12 ages. There will also be an all ages hunt for participants who may have mobility, visual or sensory challenges. Look for the red circle to identify this area. Please dress appropriately as this event will take place in rain or shine, and arrive as early as 9:30 a.m. to start lining up. There will be a 10 egg limit – please discuss this with children ahead of the event.

April 6th – Farmington (Trinity Care Center) 1:30pm
Egg hunt, dye your own Easter egg, face paint, decorate your own cookie, Easter Bunny. Free, no RSVP required.

April 21st Fridley/Maple Grove Fridley or Maple Grove Passion Church
100,000 eggs, multiple indoor egg hunts with age appropriate candy and “No peanuts”. Live animals, cast from Disney’s Frozen, Ironman and all the superheroes and more. Pre-register to skip the long lines.

Minnesota Easter Egg Hunts 2018

April 20th – Hamel (Hamel Community Center) 11am Activities, 1pm Hunt
For children up to age 10. Games, prizes, face painting, and refreshments for all. “Golden Egg” prizes include boys and girls bicycles, gift cards, and more. Have your picture taken with the Easter Bunny!

April 13th – Hastings (Crossroads Church) 9am-12pm
They will have thousands of stuffed Easter eggs, great family activities throughout the building, and lots of great prizes throughout the morning! The age breakdowns are as follows: 0-2 years old, 2-4 years old, K-1st, and 2nd-4th grade. They will have a variety of crafts in their kids wing (as well as a photo booth!) throughout the morning and Cock A Doodle Zoo will have their mobile petting zoo on site! **Free, but registration is required.

*April 20th- Hayfield (Red Barn Learning Center) 10am-1pm
A relaxing egg hunt with no shotgun start. Kids can gather eggs at their leisure until they fill their basket (provided). Candy for all participants, and larger prizes for “real” and golden eggs.  Come get a first look at our baby animals! Goat kids, lambs, bunnies, chicks and ducklings!  **Farm admission is $7 (+tax) for age 1 and over.  Advance admission can be purchased here to skip the line.

April 13th – Inver Grove Heights (Rich Valley Athletic Complex) 1pm, 1:10pm, 1:20pm (ages 3-10), 8:30pm (ages 10-13)
Join in for some egg-citing fun. Kids will enjoy scrambling all over to collect their eggs. The later event takes place at night and you only have your flashlight to guide you. **Free, but you must pre-register by April 10th.

April 7th – Inver Grove Heights (VMCC) 10-11am, 11am-12pm
Swim and dive for eggs and then trade them in at the end of your hunt for an awesome goody bag! They will have 2 waves of hunts. Limited to 50 swimmers per wave. **Free, but you must pre-register by March 31st.

April 20th – Longville (Common Grounds Coffeehouse) 10am
Free Easter Egg hunt for the youngsters. Bring your camera for photos with the Easter Bunny! Easter Egg hunts organized in three age groups — 4 years and younger, 5-7 years, and 8 to 11 years. Every child gets Easter eggs and a gift. Special eggs contain special prizes, plus there are drawings for more gifts!

*April 14th – Maplewood (Bruentrup Heritage Farm) Seatings at 9am, 10am, 11am, and 12pm
Breakfast with the Easter Bunny, then egg hunt after each seating. Includes great prizes and a delicious full brunch. **$10/ticket ages 4-adult, $2/ticket ages 3 and under.

*April 20th – Maplewood (Edgerton Community Gym) 10am Prehunt Activities, 11am Hunt (ages 3-5), 11:30am Hunt (ages 6-8)
Start your morning off with breakfast treats, colorful crafts and a visit from the Easter Bunny – then it’s happy hunting! Children will be divided into two age groups and will be hunting for wrapped candy and plastic eggs, some of which may be redeemed for great prizes. Bags of goodies will be available for children under 2 years of age. Don’t forget your camera! In the event of inclement weather, treat bags will be given away at 11am. **$5/child, pre-registration required.

April 13th – Milaca (Trimble Park) 11am-1pm
There will be loads of Easter eggs to find, a drawing for bikes and pictures with the Easter Bunny!

*April 13th – Minneapolis (American Swedish Institute) 9-10:30am
ASI celebrates Easter (påsk) by hosting the Twin Cities’ only Easter egg hunt in a castle! The whole family will have fun hunting high and low for colorful eggs hidden throughout the nooks and crannies of the 33-room Turnblad Mansion. All across campus, ASI will celebrate other favorite holiday traditions including storytime with the Easter Witch (påskkäring), adding feathers to the brightly decorated Easter tree (påskris), making a craft to decorate your table on Easter morning, and creating traditional Swedish-style Easter greeting cards to share with friends. **$10/member, $13/non-member, free for children under age 2.

*April 20th – Minneapolis (American Swedish Institute) 11am
Inspired by Solar Egg by Bigert & Bergström for Riksbyggen (the public sculpture and functional sauna in ASI’s courtyard), this outdoor Easter egg hunt will have kids in search of – what else – golden eggs! The egg hunt will take place rain, snow or shine. For kids up to 12 years old. **$15/child.

*April 13th – Minneapolis (Armatage Park) 10-11:30am
Bring the whole family down for this fun event. Enjoy an Egg Hunt, caricature artist, arts and crafts, live bunnies, and a light continental breakfast. The Egg Hunt will begin at 11 am sharp. **$5/child. Please register in advance as they will not take registration at the door.

*April 20th – Minneapolis (Audobon Park) 9:30-11:30am
Bring the whole family for this fun event. Enjoy an egg hunt, arts and crafts, continental breakfast and much more. The actual Egg Hunt at Audubon Park will begin at 11am sharp. **$6/child. Pre-registration is required to receive a treat bag and must register by 6pm on April 19. Treat bags will be given to the first 100 registered children ages 6 and under.

April 19th – Minneapolis (Creekview Park) 8-9pm
Bring your flashlight and they’ll start the egg hunt once it is dark. You must be in the center at the start of the event so they can hide the eggs outside. They will divide the eggs up for the different age groups. Registration is not required for the event, but you must be in the Creekview Park building by 8pm to be included in the hunt. This event is primarily for children under 7 years of age.

April 19th – Minneapolis (East Phillips Park) 6:30-8pm
Come and join in for this celebration of spring. Time to hop on down the patio trail and find some eggs along the way. The spring season is upon us. It’s a day to enjoy with your friends with a craft project, some refreshments, maybe the bunny hop and some treats for all!

April 20th – Minneapolis (Farview Park) 12pm
There will be fun springtime activities, games, giveaways, food, and an exciting egg hunt. This event is for all ages but activities are designed for ages 1 – 12. All families are welcome and pre-registration is not necessary. See you there!

*April 20th – Minneapolis (Kenwood Park) 10-11:30am
Hop on over for the Annual Spring Egg Hunt at Kenwood Park. There will be a fantastic egg hunt in the beautiful park for the following age groups: ages 2 and under, 3-5 year olds, 6-8 year olds and 9-11 year olds. Enjoy face painting, ARTrageous Adventures Creation Stations, balloon art and other activities. A treat bag will be provided for Egg Hunt participants. Please bring your own basket for the egg hunt. **Adults and children (ages 2 and under) are FREE, otherwise the cost (register in advance) is $5/resident and $8/non-resident.

April 21st – Minneapolis (Lake Nokomis) 10am-12pm
Celebrate spring with us. Enjoy a morning of treats, activities, face painting, get your picture taken with Peter Rabbit and join the allergy free egg hunt!

*April 14th – Minneapolis (Lyndale Farmstead Park) 12-2pm
Bring the whole family down for this fun event. Enjoy an Egg Hunt, arts and crafts, a pancake brunch and visit from the Bunny himself. They will divide the kids up into groups by age. Ages 6 and under will hunt at 1pm. Age 7 and older will hunt at 1:15pm. **$5 per person. Please register in advance.

April 12th – Minneapolis (McRae Park) 6:30-8:30pm
Hip-pity hop on over to their First Free Annual Flashlight Egg Hunt. Before the hunt begins they will have fun glow in the dark arts and crafts for the kids. Bring your own flashlight and they’ll start the egg hunt once it is dark. You must be inside so they can hide the eggs outside. They will divide the eggs up for the different age groups. Registration is not required for the event, but you must be in the Park building by 6pm to be included in the hunt.

April 20th – Minneapolis (North Commons Park) 1-4pm
Hop on over to the park to view spectacular scenes of thousands of eggs being dropped from a helicopter. Feel free to bring your own egg basket to collect eggs. Enjoy a community gathering, music, face painting, bounce houses, food and much more. Please also bring a non-perishable food item for their food drive. See you there it will be EGGcellent!

April 20th- Minneapolis Restoration Church 10:00- 11:00 AM
Coffee, doughnuts, and treat-filled, allergen-aware eggs for everyone! Bring your friends and neighbors for a relaxed time of enjoying sunshine and watching kiddos hunt for encapsulated sugar blasts.In case of inclement weather, we’ll meet inside the Lake Nokomis Community Center and start at 10:15

*April 20th – Minneapolis (Sibley Park) 9:30am-12:30pm
Join in for a day of food, fun and activities! Start off with the bunny brunch served from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. The menu is pancakes, sausage, fruit, coffee and juice. Free activities include: arts and crafts, games, egg hunt. Small fee for face painting. The egg hunt will follow breakfast (approximately 11:45 am). **Brunch is $7 for adults and $5 for kids.

April 13th – Minneapolis (Stewart Park) 9-11am
Bring your family and join in for a fun filled day with your friends. Bring a basket to collect eggs. Arts & crafts, games and prizes.

April 13th- Minneapolis – Van Cleve Park  10:30am-12pm
Hop on over for the annual Spring Egg hunt at Van Cleve Park! There will be a fantastic egg hunt in our beautiful park for various age levels. Enjoy snacks, egg decorating and baskets, tissue paper flowers and spin art!

April 20th – Minneapolis (Windom NE Park) 12-2pm
Celebrate the beginning of spring at Windom Park. Come on down for some treats and fun entertainment. They will have games, Bounce House, children’s egg hunt and more! Ages 7-12.

*April 20th – Minnetonka (Minnetonka Community Center) 10-11:30am
Calling all egg-hunters! This annual spring event includes an egg scavenger hunt inside and outside, photos with the bunny, dancing to musical entertainment, face-painting, crafts, treats and games. Please bring a basket for egg hunting. **$10/person.

April 20th and 21st – Monticello (Quarry Community Church) 1:30pm or 3:30pm Saturday, 9am or 10:30am Sunday
Bring your family to one of the four Easter services on Easter Weekend. Following the service, your child will get a wristband to enter the free egg hunt! They will have thousands of eggs for each hunt and kids (ages 0-11) will go home with a bag full of plastic eggs stuffed with candy, toys or prizes. Then stop by one of the family photo booths to capture the fun of the day! **Children will need to attend the adult service or the kids’ programming during the service in order to receive the wristband to participate in the egg hunt.

April 20th – North St. Paul (Casey Lake Park) 10-11:30am
Join the fun at the 4th Annual Spring Egg Hunt Bonanza. This is a free event for children ages 0-12. Hunt for eggs, meet the Bunny, firefighters and police officers. Bring a basket or bag for the egg hunt and your camera to take pictures with the Bunny!

April 13th – North St. Paul (Christ Lutheran Church) 10-11:30am
This free event is held for children ages 2-6 and their parents. All children in the community are welcome! This will be a first come first serve “hunt” event. Receive your egg hunt admission and raffle ticket when you register at the front desk in the main church entryway. Hunts will take place every 15 minutes.

*April 20th – Oakdale (Discovery Center) 9-11am
The clever Easter Bunny has hidden eggs along trails of the Oakdale Nature Preserve. Kids can find one and then exchange it for a very special surprise! The Easter Bunny also hides two Golden Eggs redeemable for extra special surprises! After hunting for eggs, enjoy games, refreshments, crafts, face painting, petting zoo, and prizes. Egg hunt begins at approximately 9:15am. **$12/child, parents attend free.

Osakis (Erickson’s Petting Zoo)
They have had one in the past however at the time of this blog post nothing was up on their website or FB page so check there or give them a call.

April 13th- Osseo  12pm
Join the City of Osseo and the Osseo Fire Department Relief Association for the annual Easter Egg Hunt at the Osseo Fire Station, 415 Central Ave., Saturday, March 24 at 12:00 noon! We’ll have Easter eggs hidden in Boerboom Park where all children under the age of 10 are invited to partake in this great community event.

April 12th – Owatonna (Owatonna Middle School) 5:30-6:45pm (ages 1-6), 7-8:15pm (ages 7 and up)
This is a unique egg hunt as the eggs will be floating in the pool! Bring your own basket or bag and collect as many eggs as you can while swimming in a sea of eggs. Once you have collected all of your eggs and turned them in for a prize you can use the rest of your time for open swim with all of the eggs! Find one of the ten bonus eggs for a special prize. There is no admission cost for this event.

April 13th – Plymouth (Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church) 9am-12pm
Bring your family, friends, and neighbors to join in for this FREE event! There will be bounce houses and inflatables, crafts, obstacle course and other fun games. They will also have an Easter egg hunt, healthy snacks and candy, prizes, and The Easter Journey: Walking the Way to the Empty Tomb.

*April 20th – Prior Lake (Cleary Lake Regional Park) 9-11am
Learn geocaching basics and use your new skills hunting for eggs. Reservations required. **$8/person.

April 20th – Prior Lake (St. Paul’s Lutheran Church) 10am-12pm
Join us for St. Paul’s annual Easter Egg Hunt! This is a free family friendly event that’s a special way to kick off your Easter weekend. No registration required. Sponsored by Thrivent Financial. Ages: Toddlers through 10-year-olds. (Children will be divided into three age categories.)

April 13th – Richfield (Richfield United Methodist Church) 10-11am
Everyone chooses prizes for spring: kites, bubbles, sidewalk chalk and more. Come celebrate Easter, decorate cookies with friends, and of course hunt Easter eggs. Enter a drawing for Springtime books sponsored by Caring for Children Child Care Center. There will be a golden egg hidden for each age group.

April 13th – Richfield (Veterans Memorial Park) 10am
Grab your basket and join in the search for eggs left by Mr. E. Bunny. A few lucky kids might even find a golden egg. The park will be divided into ages 1-2, 3-5, and 6-11, so everyone has a fun and fair time. The event will be held rain or shine.

April 13th Rosemount  10am
A bunny will be hopping into Rosemount with lots of eggs and candy for children to hunt for at this traditional Egg Hunt for kids ages 10 and under. This is one of Rosemount’s most cherished events and it is located at the Ames Soccer Complex at Dakota County Technical College. Children are divided by age groups, and a bunny is available for photos. Don’t be late! Hunt begins at 10 a.m. sharp. They will be accepting donations for our local 360 Communities and the Family Resource Center.

April 20th – Rosemount (Southland City Church) 10am-12pm
Minnesota’s largest outdoor Egg Hunt! Hunt for over 100,000 Easter eggs, all redeemable for unique prizes and sweet treats, including 1,000 Golden Eggs that qualify kiddos for some incredible giveaways! Come early for inflatables fun and carnival food! BYOB – bring your own basket! Pre-registration is recommended.

April 20th – Rush City (Rush City Park) 10am
Ages 12 and under join in for a free Easter egg hunt hosted by Restoration Church. Free donuts and milk.

*April 12th – Savage (Savage Sports Center) Doors Open 7pm, 8pm (ages 3-5), 8:30pm (ages 6-9)
Scramble across the field at the Savage Sports Center with the lights off! Bring your flashlight and basket to scoop up as many eggs as you can. Several golden eggs will be on the field for a chance to win a special basket. Eggs will not be filled and will be recycled at the end of the scramble where every pre-registered participant will then receive a goodie bag full of prizes. April 13th – Shakopee (Community Center) 11am-1pm
Enjoy egg hunts by age at 11am with activities, games, crafts, prizes and more. Be sure to bring your Easter basket. This free event is held rain, snow or shine! The event is scheduled to take place outdoors but will be moved inside if inclement weather. Please be on time. The egg hunt is over quickly. Additional activities take place after the hunt is concluded.

*April 13th – Shoreview (Shoreview Community Center) 10-11am
Join the bunny in an old-fashioned eggciting hunt for prize-filled eggs! Each participant will be given an Easter bag for the hunt! Space is limited. The egg hunt is held outdoors; please come dressed for the weather. **$8/resident, $10/non-resident. No walk-ins. Register for the egg hunt by April 10th.

April 20th – South St. Paul (Kaposia Park) 9-10am
While everyone will want to take a chance at finding eggs, this hunt is reserved for those children from 1 year to 8 years old. Of course, parents, grandparents and even older siblings are encouraged to cheer the young hunters on. There is a great deal packed within this hour: candy, prizes, a petting zoo and a visit from the Easter Bunny!

March 30th – Spring Lake Park (Lakeside Lions Park) 11:30am-12:15pm
For kids ages 2-12. Children will use designated bags; no outside bags or baskets are allowed. Sign up your children between 11:30am-12:15pm. Children will be divided into age groups, and each age group will hunt in a designated area of the park.

April 20th – St. Cloud (Atonement Lutheran Church) 9am-12pm
Pancake Breakfast starts at 9am followed by the Easter Egg Hunt. Cost for breakfast is $4/person.

April 13th – St. Cloud (JCPenney Crossroads Center) 10:30am-1pm
Easter Egg hunt starts at 10:30am. Please bring your own basket. Egg hunt will take place on the 2nd floor in Children’s department. After the egg hunt, enjoy face painting by Sephora, hair chalking by JCPenney salon and pictures with the Easter Bunny. Kid Zone starts at 11am.

*April 20th – St. Louis Park (ROC) 10am, Egg Hunt 10:15am
Children ages 3 – 8 will hunt for candy and special eggs in separate age categories. Each participant will receive a bag to collect their goodies. Bring your camera for a picture with the Park Bunny and Lions Club Lion! Prizes will be awarded for the coloring contest for ages 8 and under. Coloring sheets can be picked up at The Rec Center or downloaded HERE. Make sure to bring your completed masterpiece to the event. **$4/child, register online before April 19th.

*April 13th – St. Paul (Edgcumbe Recreation Center) 11am-1pm
Hop into Spring and enjoy Brunch with the Bunny. A light continental breakfast will be served along with many activities including bouncy house, egg hunt and more. Food will be served from 11-12:30pm and egg hunt to follow. **$10/family.

*April 20th – St. Paul (Germanic-American Institute) 10:30am-12:30pm
The German Osterhase (Easter Bunny) visits each year and brings eggs filled with candy and tokens. Egg hunt is for ages 0-7 with a separate hunt area for ages 0-2. Rain/snow or shine! Bring your own basket or bag for egg collecting. Exchange tokens for fun prizes and toys at the Osterladen (Easter Store). After the hunt, paint some eggs and try some fun Easter crafts. Come early for Kaffestube breakfast buffet with a special family-friendly Easter menu (additional cost). **$10/child, wristband sales at the door.

April 13th – St. Paul (Hancock Recreation Center) 12-2pm
Join in for the Northwest Campus Spring Celebration! Youth will enjoy carnival games, crafts, bouncy house, visit with the bunny and an egg hunt. Free and open to all.

*April 14 and 20th- St. Paul/James J. Hill House at 10-11am
An outdoor egg hunt for children age 2-7 on the lawn. Participants can win prizes, enjoy a snack, hear stories and look around the first floor of the elegant Gilded Age home. **Reservations are strongly encouraged. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Event is outdoors and please bring a basket to collect eggs. Admission/Reservations

April 13th – St. Paul (Jimmy Lee Recreation Center) 11am-1pm
Come enjoy lunch and pictures with the bunny! Bring your own camera. This event will include an egg hunt, arts and crafts, music, jump castles and more! Free and open to all.

April 13th – St. Paul (Langford Park Recreation Center) 1-2pm
Come and see a REAL helicopter drop eggs onto Langford Park! Children will be limited to 5 eggs each, while supplies last.

April 13th – St. Paul (McDonough Recreation Center) 1-3pm
Join in for games, crafts, an egg hunt and more! Free and open to all.

*April 12th – St. Paul (Merriam Park Recreation Center) 5:30-8pm
This springtime event is for the whole family to enjoy! Families are invited to play games, make crafts, and enjoy a petting zoo! Dress for the elements. The egg hunt takes place out in the park at 7pm. **$5/person, kids 3 and under are free. Food will start at 6pm. Pre-register or pay at the door.

April 13th – St. Paul (Our Redeemer Lutheran Church) 10am-12pm
Easter egg hunt for each age group, petting zoo, photo booth, bingo, games, crafts, snacks provided. Ages: tiny tots through 5th grade. Please bring a canned food donation for the food shelf.

April 20th – St. Paul (Wheelock Early Learning Center) 10am-12pm
They’ll have 30,000 eggs, along with candy, prizes and pictures with the Easter bunny, for any kids crawling to 5th grade. Please come early for registration!

April 13th- Vadnais Heights times depend on age of child 
The Easter Bunny will visit while you hunt for eggs at the Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Community Park. This free event is hosted by the City and the Vadnais Heights Lions Club; however, non-perishable food items will be collected for the Vadnais Heights Community Food Program.

April 13th – Woodbury (HealthEast Sports Center) 6pm (ages 0-2), 6:20pm (ages 3-4), 6:40pm (ages 5-7)
Bring your bucket and join in for the Excellent Egg Frenzy! Toy-filled eggs will be scattered around the outdoor softball fields at HealthEast Sports Center. Collect up to 10 eggs in your specific age group. Don’t forget your camera for a photo opportunity with their spring bunny! They encourage you to arrive early as they will start sharply at the times listed. Please note: some items in the eggs are listed as choking hazards and not recommended for children under the age of 3.

*April 13th – Woodbury (HealthEast Sports Center) 8:15pm
Grab your flashlight and bucket and join in for an outside egg hunt in the dark! Eggs will be filled with candy and toys! Use your flashlight to find the eggs scattered in the outfields of the softball fields. Find the special eggs with the hidden message to claim a super prize! It’s not about how many eggs you find; it’s about finding the right one! **$5 pre-registered, $7 at the event (if space is available).

*April 13th – Woodbury (Madison’s Place Playground) 2pm
A special egg hunt just for children with physical or cognitive challenges. Bring your own basket or bag to find the eggs hidden all around the playground! During each session, participants will enjoy an egg hunt, photos with the spring bunny and a fun spring-themed craft. Please bring your own camera for photos with the bunny. **$5 pre-registered, $7 at the event (if space is available).

*April 13th – Woodbury (Madison’s Place Playground) 2:45pm, 3:30pm, 4:15pm
A special egg hunt just for the littlest ones! Bring your own basket or bag to find the eggs hidden all around the playground! During each session, participants will enjoy an egg hunt, photos with the spring bunny and a fun spring-themed craft. Please arrive promptly at your start time and bring your own camera for photos with the bunny. **$5 pre-registered, $7 at the event (if space is available).

April 13th – Woodbury (Woodbury Baptist Church) 10-11am
Travel as a family to multiple stations throughout the church that are filled with fun Holy Week activities. The stations will take your family through Jesus’ journey to the cross. After completing each station, children can collect candy filled eggs to fill their baskets. Activities include weaving palm branch craft, Maundy Thursday foot washing, Good Friday science experiment, Easter movie, Easter tomb snack, and other family fun activities.
