Calling all Harry Potter fans! Here’s a great way to celebrate your favorite book/movie series…and maybe the end of the first week of school, too: Harry Potter Movie Night at Union Depot!
Don your finest Harry Potter garb, grab your wand and come to Union Depot on Friday, September 9 from 6 – 10 pm.
You’ll enter the event to Harry Potter music and then find thematic props perfect for photo ops, including a dragon encounter, a luggage cart on Platform 9 3/4, a Triwizard cup, and even a live mermaid! There will also be Harry Potter craft-making as well as Harry Potter trivia competitions and games for Harry Potter-themed prizes.
This is a FREE event open to Harry Potter fans of all ages. Food from local vendors and non-alcoholic butter beer will be served for purchase.
Movie seating is on a first-come basis, so get there early to claim your spots! Chairs will be provided, but you are welcome to bring blankets. Photo ops and activities will take place from 6 – 8 pm, then the movie screening of “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire” will start at 8 pm.
Union Depot is located at 214 4th Street East in St. Paul.
