Join in the fun New Year Gnome Scavenger Hunt in St Louis Park!
Join in the fun each week searching for a Gnome in St. Louis Park. The first four weeks in January, a different New Year’s gnome will be placed in one of the city’s parks.
Once a gnome is placed in a park, that gnome will remain there until the end of January. Although Gnomes are adorable, please leave the Gnome for others to find and only take pictures.
The clue will be given out each Tuesday. You’ll find the clue each week via the St. Louis Park (@stlouispark) Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or their govdelivery reminders.
Rumor has it that those who snap a photo with one of the New Year’s gnomes will have some of its good luck transferred to them! Share your photos through social media by posting them in the comments section of their weekly clue posts.
This might not be the easiest scavenger hunt, but the end result of Gnomes is what makes it fun! With over 50 different parks you might want to make this a family or group activity to solve the clues.
You just might work up an appetite so perhaps food should be involved, so why not try a local restaurant for lunch or breakfast?
If you want to study up a bit, you can find the whole list of parks here.
If you find other fun winter scavenger hunts and activities please share with us so we can spread the word.
