Bloomington: Great Wolf Lodge

• HUGE indoor water park with lots to do

Coon Rapids: Bunker Beach

• Minnesota’s largest water park
• Includes a wave pool
• Offers activities such as cardio club, water aerobics, and tot time
• Save on admission on select summer days

Lake Elmo: Lake Elmo Park Reserve

• Features a man-made two-acre chlorinated and filtered swimming pond 
• Located near a fishing pier, several play areas, and a campground

Maple Grove: Elm Creek Swim Pond

• Filtered, chlorinated water with sandy beach
• Season wristbands or daily wristbands required

Maple Grove: Grove Cove Aquatic Center

• This location offers indoor AND outdoor options
• Features a leisure pool, waterslide, tot slide, water spray activities, zero-depth beach area, lap pool, climbing wall, rope swing, lazy river, tumble buckets, log walk, tot slide, and water sprays

Maplewood: Battle Creek Waterworks

• Three-story twisting water slide, a shallow water pool with zero-depth entry, a sand play area, sunbathing deck and lawn chairs, concessions stand and more
• Discounted admission is available

Minneapolis: North Commons Water Park CLOSED in 2025-2026

• Features loop slides, a shallow water pool, water playground features, geysers, funbrellas, and a wading pool
• Kids under 18 can get FREE admission

Minnetrista: Lake Minnetonka Swim Pond

• Filtered, chlorinated water with sandy beach
• Season wristbands available

Owatonna: River Springs Water Park

• Features slides, pool areas, lazy river, climbing wall, lily pad walk, and zero depth pool area
• Activities include water walking, water aerobics, open swim, lap swim, log rolling, tiny tot time
• Weekly specials to save on admission and concessions

St. Paul: Como Regional Park Pool

• Features a lap pool, children’s pool, family slide, lazy river, aquatic climbing wall, diving board, and tot time

St. Paul: Great River Water Park CLOSED until September 14, 2025

• 25-yard, eight-lane lap pool, water aerobics (no pre-registration needed), life jackets available to rent for free, children’s activity pool, one-meter diving board, large water slides, large floats (Snappy the Turtle and his log) and more!
• Various discount days on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday

Shakopee: SandVenture Aquatic Park

• This pool was modeled after area lakes and offers a sand beach leading out to a sand-bottom, chlorinated pool

Shakopee: Valleyfair

• In addition to the more than 75 rides and attractions at the amusement park, Valleyfair includes Soak City water park
• Features Barefoot Beach with slides, geysers, and fountains

Taylors Falls: Wild Mountain

• Wild Adventure Island (an interactive water park), Lazy River, Four Avalanche Alley Water Slides, Two Alpine Slides, Go-karts and more
